Cancellation Window

Late Cancellation

Requests under 24 hours are usually handled as rebooking credit unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Package Refunds

Partial refund requests for unused package elements are reviewed fairly within 14 days of purchase where minimal usage has occurred.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.
